On the road to 1.0, this is the final RC release for community feedback.
Changes since 7.x-1.0-rc2:
- #1154528: Properly handle the default user schema when it is not 'dbo'.
- Remove the version() function: Drupal core has a nice default implementation now.
- Fix condition preventing updating a column to NULL. See #1139638.
